Dr. Andy Mohlman is a LANAP-certified and Chao Pinhole-certified dentist specializing in regenerative and laser periodontal care, with more than 20 years of clinical experience. He co-leads Gateway Biologic Dentistry, focusing on laser periodontal therapy, tissue regeneration using PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin), and advanced implant procedures. After graduating from The Ohio State University, Dr. Mohlman spent nearly 15 years refining his craft in Kennewick, Washington, developing deep expertise in implant surgery and laser procedures. His focus on regeneration grew from a simple observation: the body wants to heal. By combining PRF therapy, laser precision, and biocompatible materials, he helps patients achieve outcomes that work with nature rather than against it. His expertise spans 3D cone-beam guided implant placement, FDA-cleared LANAP laser therapy for periodontal disease, the scalpel-free Chao Pinhole Technique for gum recession, bone grafting and PRF for socket preservation, and tongue-tie treatment for infants, children, and adults.
