Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on October 29th, 2025
We at OraBiologics are working to make our site OraBiologics.com accessible to people with disabilities.

Our Commitment

OraBiologics is committed to making our website and digital services accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and consider best practices informed by the ADA and Section 508 standards.

Measures We Take

  • Design & Code Standards: Semantic HTML, proper heading structure, ARIA where needed (not as a substitute for semantics), accessible form labels, and meaningful link text.

  • Keyboard Access: All interactive components are operable via keyboard; visible focus states are maintained.

  • Color & Contrast: Color palettes meet or exceed Level AA contrast ratios.

  • Images & Media: Informative images include alt text; purely decorative images are hidden from assistive tech. Videos include captions and important audio content includes transcripts.

  • Scalable Text: Content is readable and functional at 200% zoom without loss of content or functionality; no reliance on fixed font sizes.

  • Error Prevention & Forms: Clear instructions, input validation messaging, and accessible error handling.

  • Consistent Navigation: Predictable layouts and skip-to-content links to reduce repeated navigation.

  • Third-Party Platforms: We encourage vendors and embedded services to meet WCAG 2.2 AA; where not fully possible, we provide alternatives or contact options.

Compatibility

OraBiologics.com is designed to work with modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and with assistive technologies such as screen readers (e.g., NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) on current operating systems. Some older browsers or unsupported extensions may affect accessibility.

Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We conduct periodic audits (manual and automated), fix identified issues by priority, and train our team on inclusive design and development.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full conformance, you may encounter:

  • Legacy PDFs or third-party documents that are not fully tagged for accessibility.

  • Occasional third-party widgets with limited keyboard or screen-reader support.
If you experience a barrier, please contact us so we can provide the information in an accessible format and address the source issue.

Feedback & Requests for Accommodation

We welcome your feedback. If you need an alternative format, assistance with a document, or encounter any accessibility barriers:

  • Email: support@orabiologics.com

  • Subject line: “Accessibility Request”

  • Please include: Page/feature URL, description of the issue, your assistive technology (if applicable), and preferred format or solution.

Response time: We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within 2 business days and resolve or provide an accessible alternative within 10 business days, depending on complexity.

Formal Status

We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance. If a part of the site does not fully conform, we are actively working to bring it into alignment and will provide accessible alternatives upon request.

Assessment Approach

OraBiologics evaluates accessibility through:

  • Internal reviews during design and development

  • Automated testing (e.g., axe, Lighthouse)

  • Manual keyboard and screen-reader testing

  • Periodic reviews by external specialists when feasible
