This private coaching session connects you directly with a Certified Biologic Dentist for a professional review of your existing dental records and imaging. It’s ideal for members seeking guidance on their dental journey or a second opinion before moving forward with treatment. Purpose & Scope: Our goal in this session is to help you understand your X-rays, CBCT scans, and proposed treatment plan by reviewing them together and showing you what we see from a biologic perspective. This empowers you to confidently revisit these findings with your dentist of choice or move forward with a vetted Biologic Dentist. The session is designed to provide clarity, education, and support — not diagnosis or formal treatment planning. During your session, the provider will review your full dental and medical background, assess radiographs and 3D imaging through a biologic lens, and offer education and next-step recommendations — without diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment planning. What’s Included: • One 45–60 minute coaching session with a Certified Biologic Dentist • Comprehensive review of CBCT 3D scan and/or full set of digital X-rays • Discussion of current or proposed dental treatments through a biologic lens • Education on oral–systemic connections and materials/biocompatibility considerations • Personalized recommendations for biologic treatment options near your location • Opportunity for Q&A and clarity on biologic approaches and protocols • Summary of discussed recommendations provided after the session Requirements: Members must submit their CBCT 3D X-ray or full set of digital X-rays and relevant records at least 48 hours before the consultation for review. Ideal For: Patients seeking trusted biologic insight, confirming treatment options, or exploring alternatives to root canals, extractions, implants, or other procedures. Format: Virtual via Zoom Duration: 45–60 minutes Note: This service provides education and recommendations only — no diagnosis, prescriptions, or medical/dental treatment planning will be given.
Cancellation Policy
OraBiologics Virtual Health Coaching Services Policy 1. Purpose and Scope OraBiologics Virtual Health Coaching Services are designed to provide educational guidance and lifestyle support that align with biologic dentistry and whole-body wellness. Coaching sessions focus on nutrition, detox support, inflammation management, pre- and post-operative recovery, and overall wellness habits. 2. Nature of Services Health coaching is educational and supportive, not diagnostic or prescriptive. OraBiologics coaches do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or dental conditions, nor do they replace licensed medical or dental care. All recommendations are intended to complement—not substitute—professional clinical treatment. 3. Scheduling and Session Use Sessions are conducted virtually via video call or phone. Appointments must be scheduled in advance through the OraBiologics platform. Each session is valid only within the current billing period and cannot be carried over to future months. Missed or canceled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. 4. Confidentiality and Data Protection All client information, records, and session notes are confidential and stored in compliance with HIPAA privacy standards. Personal data is never shared with third parties without explicit consent. 5. Payment and Refund Policy Health coaching sessions may be purchased individually or included in certain OraBiologics membership plans. All payments are due at the time of booking. Refunds are not issued once a session is completed. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session may be rescheduled at no cost. 6. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information, completing intake forms, and actively participating in their plan. It is the client’s responsibility to follow up with their licensed providers for any clinical or diagnostic needs. 7. Disclaimer Participation in OraBiologics health coaching signifies understanding that this service is not a substitute for medical, dental, or psychological care. OraBiologics and its coaches are not liable for outcomes related to personal implementation of coaching recommendations. 8. Agreement By booking or participating in a session, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this policy and to OraBiologics’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
