This service includes your OralDNA salivary test kit shipped directly to your home, laboratory processing at a CLIA-certified facility, and a 30-minute one-on-one coaching session with Melissa Flynn to review your results and discuss your next steps. Once order is placed, we will confirm which salivary test to ship and schedule the follow up review directly with you.
Cancellation Policy
OraBiologics Virtual Health Coaching Services Policy 1. Purpose and Scope OraBiologics Virtual Health Coaching Services are designed to provide educational guidance and lifestyle support that align with biologic dentistry and whole-body wellness. Coaching sessions focus on nutrition, detox support, inflammation management, pre- and post-operative recovery, and overall wellness habits. 2. Nature of Services Health coaching is educational and supportive, not diagnostic or prescriptive. OraBiologics coaches do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or dental conditions, nor do they replace licensed medical or dental care. All recommendations are intended to complement—not substitute—professional clinical treatment. 3. Scheduling and Session Use Sessions are conducted virtually via video call or phone. Appointments must be scheduled in advance through the OraBiologics platform. Each session is valid only within the current billing period and cannot be carried over to future months. Missed or canceled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. 4. Confidentiality and Data Protection All client information, records, and session notes are confidential and stored in compliance with HIPAA privacy standards. Personal data is never shared with third parties without explicit consent. 5. Payment and Refund Policy Health coaching sessions may be purchased individually or included in certain OraBiologics membership plans. All payments are due at the time of booking. Refunds are not issued once a session is completed. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session may be rescheduled at no cost. 6. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information, completing intake forms, and actively participating in their plan. It is the client’s responsibility to follow up with their licensed providers for any clinical or diagnostic needs. 7. Disclaimer Participation in OraBiologics health coaching signifies understanding that this service is not a substitute for medical, dental, or psychological care. OraBiologics and its coaches are not liable for outcomes related to personal implementation of coaching recommendations. 8. Agreement By booking or participating in a session, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this policy and to OraBiologics’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
